We’re excited to introduce two new tools launching this November! The GENDEX Dashboard and Widget will help VCs and investors measure and improve diversity within their portfolios. Check out the graphic for more details ☝️.

At GENDEX, our mission is to close the diversity gap in innovation. Our key hypotheses guide our approach and link directly to our survey findings and tools:
Opportunity Gap: A lack of investment in diverse founders limits innovation.
Unfair Terms: Women often receive less favourable investment terms than men.
Data is Key: Our tools will provide the data needed to identify and address diversity gaps.
As we gather more data and prepare for our tool launch in November, these hypotheses keep us focused on creating real change in the investment ecosystem.
